Oh my heart, I just love bas relief and love how much drama is created with this moody, gothic colour scheme. Black glitter topper by POSH Toppers

Congratulations Cassie and David!!! They celebrated their Wonderland themed Wedding today after 2 postponements due to Covid. I've waited 2 years with great excitement to create this topsy turvy wedding cake with edible lace and images. The tea cup with bride and groom, roses and pocket watch are all hand made from sugar paste too.

I had the absolute pleasure of creating this wedding cake for Tania and Melissa. The venue was in such a beautiful location and I was warmly greeted and left to add all the cute Lego figures that were set aside for me there.

Today's stunning wedding cake is this ombre pink/burgundy wave ruffle cake with sugar flowers. I made it to match a picture my client found online. I love this design and the colours so much.

A gorgeous wedding cake with marbled fondant bottom tier and plain white for the top. I dressed it up with some roses from my garden for the photo as it was to get decorations added by the client at the venue.

Wedding Replica
Wedding Replica

A Golden Wedding Anniversary deserves a very special cake and so I was asked to make a replica of the top tier of the beautiful couple's original wedding cake. The basket of flowers topper is the original. We have a delicious boiled fruit cake covered in marzipan and fondant. I've piped Cornelli lace around the sides and added intricate royal icing filigree lacework. The original cake had a cloth lace ruffle but I've used edible lace for a modern look.
