Roses and succulent geode cake with water colour. This wedding cake was just a dream for me to create.
I had the absolute pleasure of creating this wedding cake for Tania and Melissa. The venue was in such a beautiful location and I was warmly greeted and left to add all the cute Lego figures that were set aside for me there.
Today's stunning wedding cake is this ombre pink/burgundy wave ruffle cake with sugar flowers. I made it to match a picture my client found online. I love this design and the colours so much.
A gorgeous wedding cake with marbled fondant bottom tier and plain white for the top. I dressed it up with some roses from my garden for the photo as it was to get decorations added by the client at the venue.
A Golden Wedding Anniversary deserves a very special cake and so I was asked to make a replica of the top tier of the beautiful couple's original wedding cake. The basket of flowers topper is the original. We have a delicious boiled fruit cake covered in marzipan and fondant. I've piped Cornelli lace around the sides and added intricate royal icing filigree lacework. The original cake had a cloth lace ruffle but I've used edible lace for a modern look.
With fairy lights.
Today's wedding cake was for a couple who just love playing video games. They brought over all their toys and we had fun sorting them into groups. I couldn't use them all but I think this lot has brought this extremely fun cake to life. A specially made trophy was being added to the top. Congratulations Belinda and Dave.
Beautiful white chocolate and raspberry wedding cake with modern design, sharp edges and subtle burgundy marbling.
This was my last wedding cake for 2019 delivered before going on holiday. Inside each tier were rainbow layers of vanilla mud cake with white chocolate ganache filling.
One of the 16 white sugar roses that will adorn a wedding cake this weekend. The cake was being made by a chef for his sister.
