An extra cake for Emily's birthday as her party had to be postponed due to Covid-19 lockdown. This one has ombre blue cake layers with lollies inside. The buttercream is decorated with edible petals and gold leaf. On top are home made macarons and some preserved baby's breath to add a touch of softness.
My eldest turned 30 and requested a lemon/lime mud cake with fruity macarons. The cake was filled with Swiss meringue buttercream and lemon curd and the mini macs are strawberry and passionfruit using Berry Fresh Australia freeze dried fruit powder. I've added dried calendula and white cornflower petals from Petite Ingredient
I created this little pretty for my birthday today. With combed buttercream and piped buttercream roses, I finished it off with a combination of dried edible flowers from Petite Ingredient.

This cake order still went ahead despite covid 19 restrictions at Mount Moriac Pub. I suppose it will get shared around later as it is a massive 10" double barrel vanilla mud cake.
This pretty cake was for a joint 50th birthday party. The theme was rose gold and not too blingy so I dressed this one up with fresh roses and edible rose and elderflower petals with rose gold deckle edges and strawberry macarons. Rose gold #50 topper from @onefive8designs

A dramatic black cake for a 50th birthday celebration. These huge fresh phalaenopsis orchids make this cake seem smaller than it is but it's a double barrel 7" wide red velvet cake. The orchid flowers are as big as my hand. I bought the plant a month ago as no more orchids were being imported until after I required them (due to coronavirus) and luckily enough flowers managed to stay beautiful for today's party.
