A lovely cake for Eva's Baptism with sugar peonies and some macarons for a little colour and extra sweet treats. I'm getting to create lots of beautiful sugar flowers for my cakes lately which is my favourite part of this work.

A beautiful white on white floral stencil for this double barrel red velvet Christening cake.

This Christening cake with cute woodland sugar paste animals and realistic tree stump bottom tier was so fun to make. I enjoyed some handpainting around the top tier (see more pics).

May this child's baptism be the start of a life of blessings.

A Christening cake in lovely soft pink with rosette ruffles.

This stunning blue marbled cake with sugar flowers was for a joint Confirmation celebration.

Like the naturally formed lines in a real marble rock, this fondant showed stunning colouration and patterns as it was rolled out. Topped with a handmade sugar peony just like the rare Chinese dark blue peony and a stone-like fondant cross on the front.

Handmade sugar peony.

I was given a colour scheme and a number of designs to get inspiration from and came up with this for Izayah's Christening cake. I was very excited to use some new moulds to make the gold parts.

Oakley's Baptism was celebrated with a delicious chocolate mud cake decorated in blue, white and a hint of grey.
